Fiber Floozies. The Fiber Floozies include all manner of fiber fanatics who like to spin, crochet, knit, quilt, weave, or do any other form of fiber craft. The group shares companionship, expertise, inspiration, and ideas. The Floozies (both male and female!) meet at Hospice del Valle (514 Main Street, Alamosa CO) on the 2nd Wednesday of each month, 5:30-8:30 pm. Please join them — members love to share their craft with others.  No fees, no commitment, no fuss. Just bring any fiber craft you are interested in and join in the fiber fun.

Valley Fiber Arts. Begun in 2006 by Dennis and Wanda Smith to share their love and expertise of spinning and weaving, this group attracts knitters and crocheters as well. If you are a beginner, the 'experts' will answer questions and offer encouragement. The group meets on the third Saturday of the month at DW Fiber Farm in Monte Vista.
